    1. Who we are.

      PaperBroker Co. provides various paper materials by being an authorized distributor for popular brands.

    2. What is Parchment paper? Parchment paper is grease- and moisture-resistant paper specially treated for oven use. It is very versatile -- use it to line cake molds and baking sheets, to wrap fish and other dishes , and to cover counter tops during messy tasks to make cleanup easy. It can withstand temperatures up to 475 degrees.

    3. How long before my item ships and what carrier do you use?

      Upon receipt of payment, your order will be shipped out within 2 business days but generally is shipped out the same day as the order is placed. We use the United States Post Office for all orders shipped to the states and UPS for any orders made to Canada and/or Europe.

    4. Why is shipping so expensive?

      Depending on what part of the country you're in as well as the weight of your order will make shipping fees variable. Some companies have the ability to offer cheap shipping or even free shipping in some circumstances but when it comes to shipping bulky boxed, heavy items, we can't really get around the shipping fees. Check out our discounts page for any specials we may going on to help offset shipping. All packages are shipped from Orange County, CA.

    5. Can you do custom size sheets?

      Yes!

    6. How about custom size sheets WITH folding?

      Yes but only 35lb or 55lb paper weight.

    7. Is your paper manufactured in the United Sates?

      Yes. We pride ourselves on keeping ALL forms of business as local as possible.

    8. Do you sell plain parchment or only bleached?

      PLAIN parchment is technically NO coating so if parchment is white, it is bleached. Parchment is either NATURAL or BLEACHED.
